I. Overview

The SFJK floating polyurethane rubber vibration and sound insulation mat is an environmentally friendly product. It is formed by combining elastic rubber fibers, polyurethane polymer adhesives, and other chemical raw materials through high-temperature and high-pressure molding. It features excellent elasticity and a long service life.

The product has a dual-layer structure: the upper layer has a high surface density and is composed of fine green rubber fibers; the lower layer has a lower density and is made of coarser black fibers, forming a double-layer combination of different rubber fibers.

II. Product Features and Applications:

1. The product offers excellent elasticity, effective vibration and sound insulation, and also possesses sound absorption capabilities. Isolating vibrations can effectively protect building structures.

2. It has a wide range of applications, with resistance to oil, acid, alkali, mold, insects, moisture, and aging. It can withstand temperatures from -20°C to 90°C.
